At Goldland Merchants Limited, all orders are dispatched with fully insured delivery for your peace of mind. Each parcel has a 25kg weight limit, and orders over €60,000 will be divided into multiple parcels, sent on consecutive days for added security.
All shipments remain insured until they are confirmed as delivered by the courier.
Orders placed before 12:00 CET will usually be dispatched the same working day. Please note that additional verification of documents or customer details may be required as part of our compliance checks, which may delay dispatch.
Delivery times vary by country and courier. The estimated timeframe is based on business days (Monday–Friday) from the day of dispatch. While we always aim for timely delivery, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.
